Orders are shipped by TNT Parcel services.
How does the delivery process work?

1. After placing an order you will receive an orderconfirmation by email. When payment has been received we will ship your package. You will receive a second email confirming shipment. This mail will contain a track & trace code. At you can insert your tracking number and follow your shipment.
2. There will be a minimum 2 attempts to offer the package at the delivery adress by the courier service.

Within The Netherlands: approx. 3-5 working days.
Belgium and Germany: approx. 1 week.
Rest of Europe: approx. 1-2 weeks.
North-and Middle America, Caribean: approx. 2 weeks.
Asia, Australia and New-Zealand: approx. 2 weeks.
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks.


Shipping cost

An order with an orderamount of 50 euro or more and with a delivery address in The Netherlands will have free delivery!

Customs and import charges

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country). You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are aware of any applicable charges before placing your order with us.



We ship after receiving your payment. Purchases can be paid in different ways:

Returns & Exchanges

Below you will find the procedure to follow if you are not content with your purchase:

1. Returns can be made within 14 days from date of goods receipt.
We do ask you to return the goods in their original package, unused and undamaged.

2. Please send an return request to We will send you an email reply containg a return voucher code further instructions.
Amsterdam Merchandising reserves the right to refuse a return-shipment if:

  • the trial period of 14 days has passed.
  • there was no return request or valid return voucher
  • Articles (including labels) and / or packaging are used or damaged.

3. Please return the goods to us within 5 days after receiving the return voucher. Please pay attention to following:

  • Use the original packaging for returning the goods, carefully pack the articles.
  • Include the return voucher in the package. Please don’t forget to mention your name and accountnumber so we can refund correctly

We can only refund shipment costs if we have sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.

When the above-mentioned procedures have been executed accordingly and your return has been received, we will email you a confirmation of refund. The refund will be made within 30 days.
